Twisted Cinnamon Roll Wreaths –  Join Chef Alli in the SWEET Kitchen to learn how YOU can make tender, delicious, made-from-scratch cinnamon rolls! 

Here’s what we’ll cover in class so you can successfully bake cinnamon rolls in about 1 hour:

1.  Ingredient discussion, proper flour measuring,  kneading of dough in mixer.
2. Rolling how-to, plus how to slice and form dough to create a pan of rolls that are all uniform in size.
3. The finale: Rising, Baking, and Frosting Techniques.

Class includes complete demonstration, detailed recipes, plus  Cinnamon Rolls and coffee served in class.
