Our popular Kids’ Cooking Camps will encourage your children’s confidence as we teach them about kitchen safety, seasonal eating and basic cooking. Each camp is packed full of different recipes for every day of the week.
Camp registration includes binder filled with all of the week’s recipes that the kids will personalize through the week.  We are happy to offer two discounts – contact us directly to take advantage of these offers. Please call (785) 220-4286
If not sure if child likes to cook you may purchase a “Drop-In” Class: $25.00 for young cooks

We will begin class with a walk over to the Dillon’s Market, where we will purchase ingredients for the day’s recipes.
Each Thursday we build a unique menu based
On our Dillon’s Market finds that includes
an appetizer, entree, side dish and dessert.

June 7th   FRIDAY – Culinary Cook off Italian style
Where your child will put their new-found skills to the test in a timed competition.

Chicken Cacciatore w/ Roasted Tomato Sauce
Fresh Berry & Oatmeal Crisps

Terms & Conditions

Tuition is non-refundable — check your dates carefully before registering!

If child is removed from camp for disregarding safety kitchen rules as set forth by Urban Appetite staff, there will be no refund.

Please inform us if your child has any serious food allergies – we may refuse registration based on allergy safety risks.

For Safety Reasons, please send kids to camp wearing close-toe shoes (no sandals) and long hair
pulled back in a ponytail.
